Domestic Shipping

All our items already have shipping fees calculated for destinations within the United States, which are listed on the shipping tab of each item’s page and will show in your cart when you are checking out. All items are fully insured and will be delivered either via FedEx or USPS. When your item is on its way to you, we will send you an email with your tracking number. All of our packages require a signature for delivery, per our insurance company. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, you may use the door tag the driver leaves behind to make other arrangements and pick up your item at the shipping facility. We cannot combine shipping fees, as they take into account both size and insurance value.

Domestic Delivery for Large Items

If an item is too large to be sent via a regular carrier, arrangements will be made for hand-delivery of the item to its destination. These charges are already accounted for, where applicable. The Shipping information tab on the item page is the final charge for delivery.

International Shipping

Fees for shipping items internationally vary depending on the value and size of the item to be shipped, along with the destination and the mode in which it will be carried. If you would like to receive a shipping quote prior to ordering, you may use the “Request Shipping Quote” tab on the bottom of each item page. If you choose not to receive a prior quote and just place your order, you will receive an email the following business day with your updated invoice, including the actual shipping cost. All duties, fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


After receiving your item you have seven days to make the request for return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You must receive prior permission from the owner in order to return an item. Items may not have been altered in any way in order to return. You will receive two options: to receive a store credit for the full sale price, less shipping; or to receive a refund of your purchase price, less shipping. Store credits cannot be transferred.
