Vintage American diamond center ruby dome ring, circa 1935. This 14 karat yellow gold ring features a .68 carat old European cut diamond center. The diamond has VS1 clarity and I color. The diamond is surrounded by a dome of round rubies at 2.25 carat total weight. The diamond and ruby ring is a size 7.5.
